Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS ground and ship within 7 business days, with exceptions for custom orders and pre-orders. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will typically ship on Monday-Friday, and are dependent on inventory. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order ships.
International shipping rates vary according to destination country. If you do not see your country listed in the shipping, please email me at email@example.com.
International tax and duties are not included in our shipping cost; the recipient is invoiced for this after the items are purchased. Once the invoice is paid for, the package will ship.

We do not warranty our ceramic tabletop products from purchase except for proven defects in manufacture. If you encounter issues with your Sylvan products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details/pictures and we will help resolve the issue. We do not process exchanges or refunds unless there is an issue with the quality of the product.
Breakage in shipment must be followed up with USPS to get the insurance coverage and handled by the customer. If you have any issues, please email me at email@example.com!
