Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via FedEX ground and ship within 1–3 business days, with exceptions for custom orders. Expedited orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday, and are dependent on inventory. You will receive an email notification with a FedEX tracking number when your order ships.
International shipping rates vary according to destination country. International tax and duties are not included in our shipping cost; the recipient is invoiced for this after the items are purchased. Once the invoice is paid for, the package will ship.

We do not warranty our ceramic tabletop products from purchase except for proven defects in manufacture. If you encounter issues with your Sylvanware, please email email@example.com with details and we will help resolve the issue. We do not process Exchanges or Refunds unless there is an issue with the quality of the product or it brakes in shipment.
