The best way Sylvan Clayworks can participate in saving our planet, as an e-commerce site, is through packaging. All of Sylvan Clayworks packaging is environmentally friendly. Every package is sustainable using biodegradable cornstarch peanuts, recycled paper, and recyclable boxes sealed with biodegradable paper tape. Please reuse and recycle! There is no Planet B.

Shipping Domestic
All packages are shipped within 10 business days via USPS 2-3 day Priority, Fedex 3-5 day ground, or UPS ground. Orders under 1 pound will be shipped USPS first class.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is scanned at the designated carrier.
Standard priority shipping insurance is included in any domestic shipment.
Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages. Customers must file a claim with the shipping provider.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure shipping location (e.g., a location with a video camera at the front door).
Shipping International
International shipping rates vary by destination country and weight.
If your country is not listed, please check international restrictions or email hello@sylvanclayworks.com.
International taxes and duties are not included in shipping costs and must be covered by the customer.
USPS does not offer insurance over $100 for international shipments, and choosing international shipping is at the customer's risk for breakage.
Sylvan Clayworks cannot guarantee a tracking number to the final destination point for any international shipment once it leaves the United States.
Refunds will only be issued for international packages if returned intact to the sender. Customers must pay for shipping again before the package is resent.
Exchanges are never provided for international shipments; broken items will be refunded with proper documentation and within 3 days of delivery.
Returns and Exchanges - (Domestic Shipments only)
Exchanges are not an option due to our business structure and limited inventory.
Returns are accepted only for defects in product manufacture affecting functionality, reported within 5 business days of receipt. *Please note that these are Handmade products and may have imperfections that do not qualify for refunds.*

A $12 Return restocking fee applies, deducted from the reimbursed order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Web specials and Seconds are final sale, non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Discounts and Specials
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Expired discounts and special offers will not be honored.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified to apply new discounts or special offers.
If a discounted item is returned, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount.
Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for discount codes not applied due to technical errors or user mistakes. Please contact us before completing your purchase if you experience issues.
Holiday Orders
Holiday Shipping: Delivery by important holidays is not guaranteed. Check USPS Holiday Shipping deadlines.
International Holiday orders may experience longer delivery times, especially in December.
Combined orders with identical billing and shipping addresses will be automatically combined.
No order cancellations accepted due to late delivery or postal delays.
Breakage
Report any breakage in a domestic shipment to Sylvan Clayworks within 5 business days of receipt.
Sylvan Clayworks is not responsible for damage during shipping. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.
Exchanges are not provided for international shipments; broken items will be refunded with proper documentation.
Canceling Orders
In-stock orders can be cancelled and refunded within 3 days of purchase if the order has not been shipped.
